Oftentimes, a person’s quality of life becomes limited. In the many cases we’ve handled at 1st Choice Facilitator Service, we found that individuals with physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities lacked the support and ability to access community resources which could have otherwise helped them in their situation.
For this reason, 1st Choice Facilitator Service was built to provide individuals and families who live with disability to access consumer-directed programs. We offer superior support services as we advocate for every human being’s right to a quality and healthy lifestyle – where one can exercise independence, live meaningful normal lives and be part of the community. 1st Choice Facilitator Service assists clients of all ages, from children, young adults, adults and the elderly.
